With the knowledge you gain from the SSI React Right course, you’ll be able to stay calm and act swiftly in critical situations. 

You’ll master first aid, CPR, and primary stabilization techniques with confidence. Plus, you’ll be equipped to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and provide emergency oxygen if needed.

Let us tell you what the React Right course is all about

The course includes both theory and practical sessions, but remember, it’s not a diving course. 

Everything is conducted on land, and anyone can join without needing to be a diver.

Theory Section

As always with SSI courses, you have the option to complete the theory online using the My SSI app.

This allows you to study all the theory, quizzes, and exams at home (or wherever you prefer) before attending Dive Center Menorca.

In the theory sessions, you will delve into the following topics:

  • Basic Life Support.
  • Resucitación Cardiopulmonar (RCP)
  • Automated External Defibrillation.
  • Respiratory Arrest and Drowning.
  • First Aid Techniques.
  • Oxygen Administration.

Practical Section

  • You’ll systematically learn first aid techniques, starting from recognizing an emergency to performing CPR.
  • Through hands-on scenarios, you’ll apply critical thinking to resolve situations, enhancing both your confidence and skills.

What’s Included in the SSI React Right Program

  • A digital manual accessible via the MySSI app allows you to complete the course theory at your own pace and wherever you choose.
  • Earn a globally recognized SSI React Right certification upon completion.

Requirements for the React Right Course

Since this isn’t a diving course, the only requirement is that you’re at least 12 years old. No prior diving certifications or experience are necessary.
